In the unlikely chance there are shifts open, it will be posted at the volunteer check-in tent at the front gate of the festival.

Q: How many hours of volunteering do I need to earn a 4-day pass?
A: Most crews require 12 hours of volunteering. The Hospitality Crew generally requires 14 hours of volunteering in trade for a 4-day pass.
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: The deposit is the at-the-gate cost of the pass you are volunteering towards. A 4-day volunteer deposit is $110.
Q: What form can I make a deposit?
A: Credit Card, Check, or Money Order.
Q: Can I use an already purchased ticket as my volunteer deposit?
A: No
Q: When will I get my volunteer schedule?
A: The Volunteer Office beings scheduling mid-June. We schedule volunteers in chronological order based on when they signed up online.
Q: How will I get scheduled?
A: We usually call volunteers to schedule, so make sure you provide an accurate phone number and e-mail address.
Q: What if I don’t hear from anyone?
A: We schedule volunteers chronologically based on when they sign up online. If it is July 14th and you haven't heard from anyone yet, call the office: (607) 387-7764.
Q: How old do I have to be to volunteer?
A: If you are under 18 we require that you volunteer with a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 you must complete the consent form: Parental Consent Form
Q: Can I volunteer extra hours to earn an offsite camping pass?
A: No. Starting in 2010 this will no longer be an option.
